X-rays
Panoramic X - Rays $50These are the best way to evaluate the mouth. It's like having a map of your face. With this we can see the teeth and bone supporting teethWe can see any work that was done in the past and evaluate the condition of that work.
Root Canaled teeth will not give you pain so if there is an infection in these teeth you may not know it, but we will see it in an x-ray. Cavits as well can be seen easily. These areas may be checked and problems avoided.
For our new patients, this is a good place to start. Many come from a long way away and may not like the idea of having to make another trip so soon. We can help avoid surprises.
Major landmarks such as large nerves, sinus cavities, wisdom teeth, and other major structures that should be avoided can be seen.

This gives us a small slice to look to make precise planning and visualization of ta particular area.the image is exact and can measure the area where implants can be placed, and if there are any obstacles in the way. Such as the root sinus cavities and large nerves. These are taken by the 1/6, half, or full arch.
